Rad Retail Specialist
About The Position
Our Rad Retail Specialist loves customer interaction, loves building relationships and has a smile that can light up a room! This candidate cultivates an environment of genuine customer connection. They are an additional face of the brand and representing The Fox M. both inside the store and outside is of utmost importance. Our RRS brings the fun to our customers, while offering an excellent overall shopping experience, creating a stand out environment making our guests feel a part of the “Fox Fam”. One interaction with this candidate will make our guests excited to come back for more!
This person will report to the General Manager, Sarah Dillon, or in her absence, COO, Brooke Papp.
***Key Holder: acts as manager when Manager is off-site. Reports to Manager.
About The Responsibilities
- Greets customers in an upbeat, warm and friendly manner and offers assistance, while knowing when to give space to peruse
- Provides exceptional overall customer service / experience taking care to understand clients routines, needs and wants
- Demonstrates extraordinary service, leading by example on the sales floor
- Possesses an energized pace of work, positive service environment and practices efficient use of time
- Restocks products to ensure little to no loss of sales
- Offers shipping and receiving assistance
- Executes opening and closing of the store in accordance with operating hours
- Assists with in store inventory audits
- Checks out guests in an efficient, knowledgeable manner and consistently executes the overall ‘experience’ of The Fox M.

Coffee Connoisseur
About The Position
As a Coffee Connoisseur, you are the liaison from product to customer. This candidate is responsible for making an excellent coffee and offering an exceptional treat to incoming guests. This person takes pride in customer experience, guest satisfaction and focus and understands the importance of a friendly welcome. Our Coffee Connoisseurs are the start to the day, a break in the day and can be the way guests end their day, so greeting them with a smile and an amazing cup of coffee is a MUST!
This person will report to the General Manager, Sarah Dillon, or in her absence, COO, Brooke Papp.
About The Responsibilities
- Greets customers in an upbeat and friendly manner while taking their food and drink order
- Takes pride in preparing and serving beverages in the highest standard
- Answers questions customers may have regarding food and drink choices or details
- Offers recommendations and promotes options
- Handles payment from customer and places attention to detail upon careful transactions
- Keeps excellent care of Foxi Coffee equipment and maintains cleanliness
- Keeps the work environment sanitary and up to code
- Maintains an organized inventory flow
- Offers suggestions for quality of service and efficient practices taken from guest interactions / feedback
- Promotes the business with an enthusiastic attitude and creates an environment reminiscent of ‘feeling at home’
- Keep supplies replenished to minimize downtime
About Your Qualifications
- Possesses the ability to memorize and execute drink orders while properly utilizing coffee equipment
- You are able to practice efficiency, organizational skills and cleanliness practices
- Works to actively promote building relationships with guests and provides beyond exceptional customer service
- Is a true team player who listens well and communicates effectively in a friendly manner
- This candidate understands basic safety procedures and respects equipment

Superior Shipping Manager
About The Position
Our Shipping Manager ensures that shipments arrive at their destinations on time and with the highest of brand standards. They coordinate incoming shipments and oversee the packaging of outgoing shipments. This candidate has exceptional communication and unparalleled customer service skills. They act timely and their attention to detail is top notch. From receiving goods at the Merc, to the moment goods are delivered to customers, they give care and an overall brand focus during the entire process. This candidate leaves no detail left behind and takes pride in knowing our customers are receiving the in-store experience delivered to their doors!
This person will report to the General Manager, Sarah Dillon, or in her absence, COO, Brooke Papp.
About The Responsibilities
- Determines shipping schedules within Monday - Friday
- Schedules carrier pickups and manage all product going out
- Provides excellence in product packaging and shipping services - with attentiveness to ensuring products arrive in their original, pristine condition
- Unpacks inventory as it arrives to insure damaged products are noted and returned to vendor
- Accepts returns as needed
- Connects with customers on issues, needs and incoming inquiries
- Manages shipping product inventory & places orders in a timely fashion to ensure no lapse in needs
- Alerts manager for inventory needs to keep online replenished and fresh
- Offers suggestions for efficient practices based on customer notes or feedback
- Manages overall flow of shipping schedules and the drive to ‘ship same day!’
