ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME IS 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DAY OF PURCHASE. We fulfill Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

If you have any issues with your order, please contact USPS, UPS directly before reaching out as we experience high email volume. 

At this time, we are unable to process orders over the phone. Please email hello@thefoxmercantile.com for any questions, concerns or cancellations.

We are unable to cancel your order 24 hours after it has been placed. 

Orders under $100 is $10 flat rate shipping.

Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands: shipping costs to be determined by package weight & dimension and location of delivery by active carriers.

We will gladly offer you a replacement or store credit on any eligible or damaged home decor merchandise within 21 days of purchase date. Please email hello@thefoxmercantile.com to request a return authorization. You will need to include your order number, email associated with the order and reason for request. Vintage items are final sale. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

At this time, we cannot offer any refunds on orders placed after 8/23/22. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any participating merchandise on the site. ALL SEASONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
